National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS)
The National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) was introduced by the Federal Government in July 2008 to encourage the construction of new high-quality and affordable rental properties throughout Australia.
The Government aims to achieve this by providing significant tax incentives to investors who participate in the NRAS scheme. By purchasing an NRAS approved property you’ll be eligible to receive in excess of $100,000 tax free over ten years toward your investment property.
