The Rivergum Homes Group (formerly known as the Said Housing Group) was established in Adelaide, South Australia, in 1994 by businessman Mr Victor Said. Tapping into a growing demand for contemporary, lightweight and transportable homes, which could be built quickly, affordably and in any location, Rivergum Homes has rapidly grown to become one of Australia’s leading residential builders.

Now also encompassing Adelaide Timber and Building Supplies, today’s Rivergum Homes Group is at the forefront of innovative housing solutions in Queensland and South Australia.

Cooperative work practices between Rivergum Homes Group divisions fuel more efficient buying, distribution and manufacturing methods. The result is that we’re able to provide stable and highly competitive product and service costs.
