Rivergum Homes commenced operations in Queensland in 2004 and has continued to grow and diversify ever since. We offer high-quality residential construction for people with their own land as well as home and land packages for both investors and people looking to build their dream home. Operating under the name of Rivergum Communities, we also offer land and property development expertise.

Accredited by the Real Estate Institute of Queensland, Rivergum Communities markets land and provides value to clients through project managing everything from developing and marketing multi-stage master-planned residential land subdivisions through to small boutique infill residential projects of just a couple of dwellings. We also engage in joint venture residential developments and undertake civil works packages for various businesses and developers as well as remote housing projects in regional locations throughout Queensland.

Operating across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions, Tweed Valley and Rockhampton, we have built a reputation for providing a fresh, innovative and progressive approach to home building and property development and marketing.

Due to steady growth and increased staff numbers, Rivergum Homes Queensland recently moved to much larger premises at 1 Short Street Southport.
